Devonshire Road Progress shots..

Our project on site in West Kirby is nearing completion. The project is a bespoke residential project created two large detached houses which have been carefully designed with reference to the existing Victorian houses lining the street. Care was taken to reflect traditional brick detailing at plinth, eaves and window reveals with sandstone cills and boundary walls designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding area.

Warehouse redevelopment feasibility study underway..

A new project to look at the redevelopment of a dilapidated site in Birkenhead. The concept looks to bring the existing façade back to life and dividing the large warehouse into 4 individual trade units. The main façade is simply re-clad in contrasting shades of grey trespa whilst colour applied to the feature entrance portals and loading bay.
