This residential remodelling scheme was designed to provide additional bedroom space over the existing garage and to incorporate unused space to create a functional family home with improved flow. A dated conservatory was replaced with a rear extension to accommodate a new sun/garden room.
The design aimed to maximise natural light with large areas of glazing to the rear extending the living areas into the garden and optimizing views towards the River Dee. The addition of a new contemporary porch to the front elevation makes entry into the home more of an event.
