We are currently working on a unique and interesting scheme in West Kirby. The Client is looking to extend their family home to accommodate their growing family. The site has an extensive garden which the Clients love.
Our project on site in West Kirby is nearing completion. The project is a bespoke residential project created two large detached houses which have been carefully designed with reference to the existing Victorian houses lining the street. Care was taken to reflect traditional brick detailing at plinth, eaves and window reveals with sandstone cills and boundary walls designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding area.
A new project to look at the redevelopment of a dilapidated site in Birkenhead. The concept looks to bring the existing façade back to life and dividing the large warehouse into 4 individual trade units. The main façade is simply re-clad in contrasting shades of grey trespa whilst colour applied to the feature entrance portals and loading bay.
Progress continues at pace with our new build scheme on Pipers Lane. The scheme provides a new two storey house on land in Lower Heswall. The site has fantastic views over the River Dee towards Wales and the design of the house maximises this feature by placing the main living accommodation upstairs.
