This scheme aimed to save, renovate and extend a largely untouched early Regency villa in Rock Ferry. A little more traditional than our usual projects but one that we are very pleased with. It provides 17 new apartments contained within the existing house and a new build extension. The new part of the building is designed to reflect the existing house and as such window detailing and roof detailing have been borrowed from the original. The facades are finished in roman cement stucco, again to match the existing house. The scheme also has off street parking and landscaped gardens to the rear.
