This scheme seeks to renovate an existing mid century concrete framed office block to provide modern and inspiring workspaces. Currently on the drawing board the entire façade has been redesigned and over clad with fibre cement boards including new fenestration patterns to create contemporary spaces and to divide the building into individual suites.
