Supported living units complete on site in the Midlands
We are excited to see the completion of one of our latest mental health care projects consisting of sixteen self-contained apartments in the Midlands. Each apartment has its own garden and provides a home with onsite support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.
Planning approval received for residential extenison & outside kitchen in Heswall
We were asked to replace a tired conservatory across the rear of a detached family house in Heswall. We remodelled the ground floor layout and designed a modern family space which connects with the garden. We repositioned the main kitchen and added a pass out window to connect with the new outdoor kitchen and added a covered terrace. Due to start on site August 2020.
New build detached house in Thornton Hough receives planning approval
We were delighted to receive planning approval at the virtual planning committee last night for a new build 4 bedroom detached house on a garden plot in Thornton Hough. The materials used in the design takes reference from the surrounding listed buildings and local village vernacular.
