Our client a local developer, wanted us to design a large 4 bedroom house on a garden plot in lower Heswall, which had a more traditional feel on the outside, but which allows for modern family living in the internal arrangement. We designed the house with an large open plan family living/kitchen/dining space connected to the rear garden with bi-folding doors, incorporated a substantial separate living room and a sitting room to the front of the property. There are 4 bedrooms to the first floor, with the master bedroom having a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The red brick exterior of the property was enhanced by adding stone window heads and cills to meet the required traditional brief.
