We were asked to look at a project in Cheshire that involved redeveloping a derelict Grade II listed building that had formerly been used as a public house. Planning approval was obtained to convert the building into a single dwelling. The existing building was repaired sympathetically using traditional skills and techniques and we have added a traditional oak fame extension with infill panels to reflect the existing building.
