This project involved the extension and remodelling of an existing traditional bungalow, on a corner plot in Lower Heswall. Three large flat roofed dormers were added to the rear elevation with picture windows to capture the estuary views and maximise the internal space.
We were asked to design a contemporary scheme that improved the internal layout and made the most of the estuary views. We provided open plan family living spaces, additional first floor bedrooms with picture windows, a new defined entrance, a gym and playroom.
