For this project our client asked us to prepare plans to redevelop and extend a tired 1960’s detached house in Lower Heswall. We have extended up into the roof, adding a master bedroom suite, redesigned the ground floor to add a TV snug and replaced an old conservatory with a cedar clad extension to the main lounge, in order to increase the connection with the garden.
The outside of the property has been updated with a palette of contemporary materials including; through colour render, cedar cladding, zinc cladding and aluminium windows and doors.
