The scheme provides a new two storey house on land in Lower Heswall. The site has fantastic views over the River Dee towards Wales and the design of the house maximises this feature by placing the main living accommodation upstairs.
The site slopes and we have used this feature to partially bury the ground floor so that access to the rear garden is at the same level as the main living accommodation at first floor.
