We were asked to re-design a scheme to provide a complex of 16, one bedroom supported living apartments which will offer homes with onsite support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.
We successfully managed to increase the overall number of flats in the scheme by 2, without compromising the living spaces in each unit, whilst completely redesigned the scheme to significantly reduce the construction costs to make the project economically viable.
