This residential scheme was developed to provide two modest detached family houses within a disused paddock, situated in The Lydiate, Lower Heswall. The paddock lies within the Lower Heswall Conservation Area, near the heart of the old village and great care was taken to ensure the overall design and massing of the project did not detract from the village scene.
