A new project to look at the redevelopment of a dilapidated site in Birkenhead. The concept looks to bring the existing façade back to life and dividing the large warehouse into 4 individual trade units. The main façade is simply re-clad in contrasting shades of grey trespa whilst colour is applied to the feature entrance portals and loading bay
