Our project on site in West Kirby is nearing completion. This residential project created two large detached houses which have been carefully designed with reference to the existing Victorian houses lining the street. Care was taken to reflect traditional brick detailing at plinth, eaves and window reveals with sandstone cills and boundary walls designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding area.
The accommodation in both properties is spread over 3 floors and is designed to maximise the outstanding views from the rear over the Dee Estuary towards Hilbre Island and North Wales
